Setco Automotive, known for manufacturing MHCV clutches, has launched its automotive water pump, marking a strategic move into the engine cooling market.

This product is designed to meet the demands of light commercial vehicles (LCVs) and medium and heavy commercial vehicles (MHCVs), offering superior seal integrity, high load-bearing capability, and enhanced NVH isolation performance.

The thermal-optimised impeller material grade further ensures durability and efficiency.

It has a durable seal, high load capacity, improved noise and vibration reduction, and a heat-resistant impeller material.

This new product is engineered to deliver exceptional performance, even under strenuous conditions, and is manufactured using advanced materials and precision techniques.

It is designed to ensure optimal coolant circulation and maintain thermal stability across diverse operating environments.

Setco Automotive chairman & MD Harish Sheth said: “This launch is a significant step in our journey to diversify and deepen our presence across the auto component value chain. Our new Automotive Water Pump reflects the same quality, performance, and engineering excellence that has made Setco the benchmark in the clutch segment.

"With this product, we aim to deliver superior engine protection and performance, while strengthening our relationships with OEMs and aftermarket customers alike.”
