Lockton has appointed Vincent Gaffigan as its US market strategy and engagement group leader to strengthen the company's relationships with its trading partners and enhance market intelligence and analytics.

Based in St. Louis, Gaffigan will report to Lockton US risk solutions leader Devin Beresheim.

Beresheim said: "Vince is a trusted leader with a proven ability to build strong relationships across our industry. He is a leading voice on industry trends and someone our Associates, clients and trading partners rely on for guidance.”

His role will involve leading a team tasked with executive-level engagement with insurers and wholesale partners, aiming to improve the delivery of client solutions across various product lines and industry sectors, the company said.

With a career spanning more than 35 years in the industry, Gaffigan has held multiple leadership positions within Lockton's property and casualty (P&C) practice.

Prior to this appointment, he served as the company's risk consulting leader, developing “multiyear” strategies for Lockton's complex client portfolios.

With experience in multiple product lines, he is an established speaker and writer on risk management trends.

Gaffigan added: "As our clients and industry partners navigate an increasingly complex risk landscape, collaboration is key to delivering innovative solutions. I look forward to strengthening our market connections and helping Lockton advance solutions that truly benefit our clients."

Last month, the company appointed Devin Beresheim as the US risk solutions leader, a role that merged the company’s P&C and professional and executive risk practices.

Lockton, which operates globally with more than 12,500 associates in over 140 countries, is known for its focus on client risk and insurance solutions.

"Lockton names new US market strategy and engagement group leader " was originally created and published by Life Insurance International, a GlobalData owned brand.
