Dollar Falls Ahead of U.S.-China Talks
The dollar was staring at yet another daily loss as the U.S. and China were set to kick off a fresh round of trade talks in London.
The U.S. Dollar Index, which measures the value of the dollar against a basket of foreign currencies, was down 0.14% while the WSJ Dollar Index fell by 0.16%.
These declines are small, but they add to the losses seen throughout the year. The dollar is down 8.7% in 2025.
