THN introduces AI-powered recommendation system for hotels

The Hotels Network (THN), a technology company and a division of Lighthouse, has launched an AI-driven recommendation system aiming to improve personalisation of hotel websites and direct bookings.

The Superpilot technology is engineered for intricate marketing tasks, transforming them into intelligent processes.

Hotels can benefit from the solution, customising their website experiences and improving direct booking rates at scale.

Superpilot originated from AI Templates, which provided hoteliers access to create tailored AI-generated website messages.

Hoteliers are now able to deploy complete messages in seconds, utilising insights from THN's global network campaigns.

This innovation marks an advancement in direct channel marketing for the hotel sector.

Superpilot's suite of advanced features includes hotel and market analysis, local insights integration, a proven message database, AI-powered suggestions, and automated content creation.

These tools collectively empower hoteliers to create tailored personalisation strategies, integrate relevant local information, and use successful messaging tactics, all while automating content creation and optimisation.

Through automation, which encompasses data analysis to content creation, Superpilot allows hoteliers to dedicate more time to other business tasks and to be confident that their websites are optimised for direct bookings relentlessly.

THN founder Juanjo Rodriguez said: “With Superpilot, we’re removing complexity from hotel marketing.

“Our vision is simple: to give every hotel, no matter its size or resources, the power to personalise like the biggest brands.”

In October 2024, THN entered a partnership with hospitality management software provider Cloudbeds to improve direct channel bookings for hoteliers.

"THN introduces AI-powered recommendation system for hotels" was originally created and published by Hotel Management Network, a GlobalData owned brand.
